Sonia von Soest is a very playful 4-to-5-month-old German shepherd puppy on the smaller side. While she engages in confident play with her fur buddies, she is more on the docile side with her human pack.  Sonia will melt into your lap while you gently scratch her chest and belly, and will let you know the exact moment you hit that ‘sweet spot’ -- showing her appreciation with soft puppy kisses!  Her silly antics and skillful play with her 4-legged pack keeps them (and YOU!) entertained for hours, followed by a calm respite in her crate or at your feet. She quite seamlessly fits into her foster home, quickly learning what’s super fun (chasing a tennis ball) -- and more importantly, what’s off-limits (mommy’s favorite shoes), and is coming to understand where the polite area is to ‘do her business’. Sonia is well-socialized when meeting house-guests or out on a walk in the neighborhood, and would make a terrific family pet. She doesn’t object to the crate overnight or when you need to be away from home, especially if her fur pack is nearby to keep her company.  Please ask to meet our special little girl Sonia on your application!
